I hunkered down with Spock's Beard's latest album to help me key through a 32-line, member-submitted drug claim (2nd worse only to keying a 32 line Institutional claim). They take approximately 15-20 minutes and we're expected to spend approximately 3 minutes on a claim on average to make 100% production. I'm familiar enough with this album to make it good background noise, so it took me by surprise when some lines caught my attention.
After using a system of two highlighters, a pen, a ruler, and a cheatsheet, I began the real task of keying it in. About 20% through, these lines presented themselves:
Never understand the mystery
Turn around and start again
I realized I had to...wait for it...wait for it...start again. Because I hadn't noticed the other insurance information.
