The Berkshire-Hathaway shareholder's meeting was held this past weekend. (Warren Buffet owns Berkshire-Hathaway.) They ordered 6,000 boxed lunches from Panera for the occassion. I happen to work at Panera and was invited to help produce 6,000 sandwiches for said boxed lunches. It was an amazing experience, being able to spend all day making sandwiches (which I love) for people I didn't have to deal with. Not to mention I was making sandwiches in a basement. It was a lot of fun and we're all hoping that we get to do it again next year!
This is the Chipotle mayo they ordered specifically for this project. We made 2,000 Sierra Turkey sandwiches, for which this sauce is used for.
This is one of the guys who helped put all those boxes together.
